What data this site collects, and what it doesn't.
We keep this simple, because we collect very little.
Who we are
Gifts Worth Keeping is an independent website run from Kraków, Poland. The data controller for this website can be reached at the address on our contact page.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested). These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are deleted on a regular schedule.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address only as long as needed to reply.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell personal data.
Fonts
Our pages use fonts served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
Affiliate links and cookies
Some outbound links are affiliate links (see How we earn). When you click one, you leave our site, and the shop or affiliate network (for example, Rakuten Advertising for Etsy) may set cookies to record that you arrived from us. Those cookies are governed by the privacy policies of those companies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to complain to a data protection authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). To exercise your rights, write to us via the contact page.
